We miiight have a birth date!
Austin is measuring 11 days ahead. His heart rate was 147 and he's 1lb 15oz! He's going to be a big boy I just know it...
The doctor commented on his big head and extra long arms :) ...(he is ALL Ryon) I'm ok with that as long as I can have him naturally.
My scheduled induction is 3/25/11, just 3 days before my actual due date. I was back and forth with being induced and letting him come on his own. As much as I want it to just happen...I'm terrified that we wouldn't make it to the hospital since Bella came so "quick". So I suppose we'll go for a more controlled labor...unless he decides to come earlier on his own. After my next appointment I start going every 2 weeks...woohoo!
Here's a few pictures of little man. So in love with his little face!! :)

Almost 25 weeks!
I wake up everyday and think, OK so how far along am I now? And for some reason I always say 30...?? And catch myself, and say wait no its 20 something!! I wish I was 30 something weeks tho! But he needs to stay put because as fabulous as the NICU is it's not somewhere we want to be! Maybe its because this time last year I WAS 30 something weeks. Sheesh. I feel like I've been pregnant FOREVER.
SO long to go...
This pregnancy is very different. Theres the obvious reasons but then just little things he does and that I've had to deal with also. There really isn't any comparison except for the morning sickness...which FINALLY let up! woohoo, only 6 months this time! I have FELT sick...but the actual act of getting sick has stopped (fingers crossed!)
He moves all the time now. I absolutely love it, but sometimes it just plain hurts! He just feels so bony. That's the best way I can describe it. I love feeling him roll around in there tho. He favors my right side...whereas his sister was always on my left side, and usually stuck up under my ribs. He sits lower and only occasionally gets stuck up under my ribs on the right side. Also something pretty strange that never happened before...if I turn a certain way or am laying on my back and go to get up, I've been thrown back down. Its almost like I'm hurting him or some type of spasm. I cant even begin to describe it, its so weird! Its only happened a few times but it freaks me out every time and I just freeze.
I played music for him last night from my phone and he seemed to like it...or it was just too loud and he was kicking for me to stop..lol, I think he liked it tho! I was having a sad moment thinking about Bella and decided to listen to a few "son" songs to change gears.
He kicked a lot to this song.
Being pregnant while having to go through all these "firsts" have been pretty hard. I know the anticipation is a lot worse than the actual days...but its still SO hard. As Bella's birthday and Christmas approaches I find myself crying a lot more. I'm just EXTRA emotional. Ive read where this affects the baby. I sure hope not. I'm trying my best to give him my all, while still grieving Bella and remembering her. I guess that's all I can do is try my best and it'll be what it'll be...
**We also started on the nursery! I cant wait for it to be finished(as sad as it makes me to see all things pink gone!)
I will post pics as soon as it is complete! Which might be a while so dont hold your breath :)

21 week appointment
The doctors appointment went well today. I know everything is going to be just fine but I still get soo nervous/anxious on the way to Winchester. I hate that!
First I had to have my blood drawn for the blood sugar fasting-couldnt eat or drink after midnight until my appointment(!!!!!) well she said I had a wonderful number and I passed:) ...So now I get to just do the 2 hour glucose test at 28 weeks. Um id much rather just do the 1 hour test like last time. Oh well, whatever I have to do I will...no biggie!
The ultrasound tech did the usual quick scan to let us hear his hearbeat <3 and we reminded her that Dr.M didnt get to see his stomach last time...and so she found that and Dr checked it out and said everything looks great. She said that happens and in a normal prenatal she wouldnt worry about it but knew we were more anxious and thought it was important for us to know everything is fine. So glad! I gained weight this time so I didnt get any questions about that..yay. It was just a quick visit this time. Next appointment we have another ultrasound...im hoping for 3d/4d but who knows. Well get to see how hes progressing and how much he weighs ect. Cant wait to see my little guy again!! I look forward to seeing his little ol heart beating and his cute little profile shots. The face shots creep me out a bit but still look forward to him showing us his scary face :) lol.
Hes really picked up his activity...which makes mommy VERY happy. His most active time is around 7pm. Thats party time! :) The past few days hes started moving more and more throughout the day tho. It makes it easier going 3 weeks between appointments when I can feel him. I really wanted a heartbeat monitor but the good ones that work are just so dang expensive, so I think ill be ok without one!
Anyway...lets hope these next 3 weeks go by fairly quick :)

Baby Registry
So after looking through "Bella's room" (which we have yet to start packing up!!) I decided I needed to create a registry! Theres only a few things we can use for Austin. (Besides of course the big items like the crib, dresser, changing table, glider etc.)
My plan was to just have a welcome home celebration instead of a baby shower. The more and more I think about that, the less I like the idea. I mean I hate being unprepared. So why not have BOTH?! :) I really feel like we will be bringing baby Austin home so Id hate to not have his nursery set up like we did for his big sister.
For the clothes we had 2 pairs of socks and 2 pairs of shoes that could be for a boy. So we've got to start from scratch in that department! Ive searched to see if you could create a registry for GapBaby or Children's Place, but was unsuccessful. lol. Ok, so I have a hard time finding cute baby boy stuff.
Another thing we can (maybe) use is diapers. We have about a million size newborn diapers. Ive got a feeling he wont be very little and those wont last too long. A variety of wipes and butt pastes...check. A bottle or 2 of shampoo and lotions, 2 neutral baby blankets along with a swing, pack 'n play, and bouncer.
When I looked at it like that I thought eh, we dont need much...until I went to the registry. I guess we really just need the things for his room, clothes, and some boy blankets and toys.
ANYWAY I created 2. BabySuperMall has the bedding set and a few other items...the rest is at BabiesRUs.
